Had this headset for about two months now. It is very lightweight and you get quite a bit of talk time out of a single charge. The "noise assassin" is ok...not perfect. If I have my car radio on, people can usually hear it. On windy days, people can hear the wind. They can still hear me, not like if it wasn't there, but it is not the perfect "assassin" as they claim. The ear piece selections are nice, but it did take me awhile to find the one that was "just right" for me.
Overall, Im glad I purchased this, but make sure you catch it on sale.

The company sent a brand new, first quality, unit. I sent it back because it didn't fit in my ear correctly. People complained that I sounded far away. I think that the unit is too short for my face, because the only way to get my voice to sound right was to hold it against my face with my finger. I tried the different ear appliances, but wasn't pleased with the fit of any of them. Just not the right item for me.

I am quite satisfied if the item is delivered with black box original package from Jawbone, but will never accept white box package from verizon wireless which always has a lot of problems like used, USB port worn out, non-functional talk button, etc.
